About the Role

The Cluster Conference & Event Sales Executive drives revenue across the Panthers Precinct portfolio, including Pullman Sydney Penrith, Mercure Penrith, Event Centre Panthers and WSCC. The role manages key accounts, generates new business and builds strong client relationships while working closely with internal teams to deliver successful events and maximise revenue and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive conference, meeting and event sales across the precinct, focusing on new business and account growth
• Identify and convert corporate, association and group event opportunities to achieve revenue targets
• Manage key accounts and client relationships from enquiry through to post-event follow-up, driving repeat business and client satisfaction
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and maintain accurate CRM records and lead follow-up
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to maximise revenue and market opportunities
• Represent the precinct at industry events, trade shows, and site inspections to drive awareness and bookings
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff or coordinators as required

About You

• Previous events sales experience, with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine drive to achieve results

About the Role

As our Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. Key Responsibilities

About You

• Proven 3+ years’ experience in a Front Office leadership role, such as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager, within a fast-paced hotel environment, with the ability to lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team
• Previous experience using Opera PMS
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationship with guests, colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive hands on approach and a positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Possess current First Aid and CPR certifications

About the role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic leader to take on the ultimate role in club operational management at our prestigious Bathurst Club. We are looking for a customer service professional who can coordinate club operations from the various departments of the club to ensure our members and guests are our number one priority. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a hands-on leader, and will direct and mentor the team to ensure customers are attended to with efficient, responsible and friendly service whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment. 

As a duty Manager:

• Managing the day-to-day business of the club;
• Daily cash reconciliation, processing and completing management reports;
• Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests;
• Adhering to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements;
• Managing staff on shift including directing, leading and monitoring staff productivity and performance;

About you:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a high volume and fast paced environment highly desirable;

• Intermediate computer skills including understanding of Microsoft applications;
• High standard of personal grooming and;

Panthers Penrith is excited to introduce the newly created position of Foundation Partnerships Manager and is seeking a passionate individual to help drive the Foundation’s commercial and philanthropic growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Foundation & Community, you will be responsible for growing the Panthers Foundation’s commercial and philanthropic outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Foundation & Community, you will develop and deliver strategies to enhance corporate partnerships, increase fundraising opportunities, support major events, and grow targeted coterie and supporter groups.

This position may be appointed on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the successful candidate. 

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the Panthers Foundation Strategic Plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the Foundation’s philanthropic and corporate network, delivering exceptional stakeholder service while identifying opportunities for growth and increased engagement.
• Develop and secure new partnerships with funders, donors and sponsors to generate sustainable revenue and support the Foundation’s long-term objectives.
• Identify, develop and grow new revenue streams to enhance the Foundation’s financial sustainability.
• Lead and support the planning, coordination and delivery of the Foundation’s events and fundraising program.
• Work closely with program delivery teams to understand, articulate and promote the impact and outcomes of the Foundation’s initiatives.
• Support the Foundation at Panthers NRL home games and other club and community events as required.
• Champion and deliver the Panthers Foundation brand experience across all stakeholder touchpoints, both internally and externally.
• Recruit, lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability and excellence.
• Optimise the utilisation and return on the Foundation’s assets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative, governance and organisational obligations.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management, Business, Community Development or a related field (or significant equivalent industry experience).
• 1–2 years’ experience in events, partnerships, business development, sponsorship or fundraising.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong computer literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a professional approach.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and Panthers match days as required.
