Panthers are currently seeking customer focused and hardworking individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Waiter/Waitress at our vibrant tapas bar and restaurant. Thriving in a fast paced team environment, you will have the ability to work efficiently and pro-actively and providing our members and guests with exceptional food and beverage service. 

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

• Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests;
• Providing food and beverage table service
• Making a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
• Ensuring effective replenishment of products;
• Cash handling duties;
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing and glass and plate collection.

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

Essential Skills & Competencies:

• At least 12 months experience working in a restaurant environment;
• Experience serving plated food;
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills;
• Valid RSA and RCG certificates;
• High standard of personal grooming;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve;
• Energetic, positive and enthusiastic approach to your work;
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision; and
• Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
