The Role of Food & Beverage Supervisor

• Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and supervising the Food & Beverage team across Pullman Sydney Penrith, including the restaurant, two bars, café and room service
• Work collaboratively with the wider leadership team to foster guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible service culture
• Contribute to a team environment where delivering exceptional service is a passion, not just a responsibility
• Support the delivery of innovative and tailored guest experiences that exceed expectations
• Assist in rostering and maintaining consistent financial performance across Food & Beverage operations
• Contribute to building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

About You

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role
• Beverage menu engineering and team development are strong focuses of this role
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Experience in a five-star or premium environment is advantageous, but not essential
