We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting multiple properties within our precinct. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional looking to grow their career in marketing and sales. You’ll play a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing teams with day-to-day coordination, campaign execution, and client communication — ensuring our brand message is delivered consistently across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities - Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and collateral production across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Maintain and update marketing assets, photography libraries, and content calendars.
- Support database management, email campaigns, and CRM updates.
- Assist with event coordination, familiarisations, and client functions.
- Track performance metrics and assist with monthly marketing and sales reporting.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials.
About You - A passion for marketing, hospitality, and creating great client experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a hotel, event, or marketing environment is desirable but not essential.
