About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Panthers’ merchandise and retail operations, playing a key role in driving revenue, enhancing brand presence, and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels. As the Merchandise & Licensing Executive, you will be responsible for: - Delivering exceptional customer service standards across all retail touchpoints
- Coordinating staff rostering, training, and day-to-day team operations
- Managing retail operations across the Club store, online shop, and game day outlets
- Leading visual merchandising, store presentation, and promotional displays
- Overseeing e-commerce operations, including online sales and order fulfilment
- Managing game day retail activations, including pop-up outlets and merchandise van operations
- Monitoring sales performance and contributing to achieving budget targets
- Preparing sales reports and analysing trends to inform business decisions
- Managing stock control, forecasting, ordering, and stocktake processes
- Liaising with suppliers, Purchasing, IT and Finance to ensure accurate product setup and reporting
- Supporting the planning and execution of promotions, product launches, and campaigns
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to maximise sales and brand exposure
The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:- 3–5 years’ experience in retail, merchandise, or a similar commercial environment
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce platforms and online retail operations
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on driving revenue outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems, stock management and reporting tools (preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends, game days and events as required
