Panthers Penrith is seeking energetic and enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our busy Gaming team.

Part-time contract position, offering approx. 8 – 30 hours per week, depending on the successful candidate’s availability and suitability.

A Day in the Life of a Panthers Gaming Attendant

As a Gaming Attendant, you will deliver outstanding customer service to our members and guests. This includes promptly responding to pages, serving a variety of food and beverages, and assisting members. Your role is crucial in fostering a welcoming and enjoyable environment, ensuring that every member and guest has a memorable experience. You will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Provide food and beverage service within designated timeframes
• Handle cash transactions, including TAB and KENO
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area
• Ensure all financial transactions with patrons are conducted accurately and efficiently
• Address minor service and maintenance needs of gaming machines
• Promote and upsell the advantages Panthers Memberships

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer service (gaming experience is highly regarded)
• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service with a strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record in accurate cash handling
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and within a smoking environment
• Outstanding presentation and grooming
• Current RSA and RCG certifications
• Availability to work various shifts during operational hours, including but not limited to Thursday through Sunday, both day and night
