Panthers Penrith is seeking energetic and enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our busy Food & Beverage team.

Panthers are currently seeking vibrant and hardworking individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Bar Attendants. Thriving in a fast paced team environment, you will have the ability to work efficiently and pro-actively as you learn to perform the various tasks associated with the Food & Beverage Department. 

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

• Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests;
• Serving drinks;
• Food and beverage service;
• Ensuring effective replenishment of products;
• Cash handling duties;
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing and glass and plate collection.

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

Essential skills & competencies:

• Experience in food and beverage service;
• Experience in bars;
• Experience serving plated food;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• High standard of personal grooming;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve;
• Energetic, positive and enthusiastic approach to your work;
• Strong time management skills;
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision; and
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
