Digital Content Coordinator
Full-Time

Panthers Rugby League has a rare opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take up the role of Digital Content Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Digital and Data and working closely with the content and commercial teams, this role is responsible for managing the Panthers website and app and creating content for social media platforms for the Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club.

 

Enjoying a wide range of various tasks, your main duties and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

  • Managing the editorial components of the Panthers website and app
  • Produce engaging video and photographic content for distribution across the Panthers Digital Network
  • Assist with scheduling of organic and commercially led content across all social media channels
  • Assist with the planning, filming and editing of regular and one-off video content in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Manage gameday social media content for NRL and Pathways games
  • Providing photography and video content support for key Panthers Foundation events and programs
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects whilst adhering to specific deadlines and;
  • Assisting with other tasks as and when required of the position

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Demonstrated skills in website management
  • Demonstrated skills in end-to-end video production and still photography;
  • Confidence using cameras, lighting and sound equipment to achieve high quality results;
  • Proficient skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects is highly desirable;
  • Confidence using social media platforms to distribute digital content, in particular Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and X;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and;
  • An interest in sport, particularly Rugby League, would be advantageous.

We are seeking a passionate self-starter who can bring their creative flair to this dynamic role. This position requires flexibility with working hours, and involves regular weekend work and occasional travel during the NRL season. The successful candidate will be required to work at Panthers games throughout the season, including away games out of Sydney and interstate.
