Digital Content Producer
Full-Time

Penrith Panthers are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Content Producer to join our Media & PR team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in Rugby League or elite sport, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

 

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Media & PR, you will be responsible for planning, producing and delivering engaging video and photographic content across the Panthers’ digital ecosystem, including social media and web platforms. You will play a key role in capturing match-day action, behind-the-scenes moments and club storytelling that connects with fans and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality video and photographic content for the Panthers Digital Network
  • Plan, film and edit regular and one-off video content
  • Capture still photography across studio, training and live match-day environments
  • Manage multiple content projects while meeting tight deadlines
  • Work closely with Media, Marketing and Football Operations teams
  • Support broader marketing and media activities as required
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Rugby League operations and club activity

 

About You

  • Demonstrated experience working within Rugby League or a professional sporting environment (essential)
  • Proven experience producing digital video and photography for social media platforms
  • Strong skills in filming, editing and action sports photography
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Flexible and reliable, with availability to work evenings, weekends and match days

 

Requirements

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
