The Role of Breakfast Chef

• You will be a part of an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
• Deliver a high-quality breakfast service, including buffet preparation and presentation
• Organise kitchen workflow to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy breakfast periods
• Provide guidance and support to kitchen team members to maintain consistency and quality
• Success in this role will be underpinned by creativity, consistency of delivery, food safety compliance and a strong team culture focused on development.

About You

• 5 years’ experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment;
• Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery;
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
• Passion for the hospitality industry is advantageous;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
• Premium dining experience is advantageous, but not essential.
