In this fast-paced, multi-property role, you’ll manage individual and small group bookings, convert enquiries into confirmed stays, and help maximise occupancy and revenue - all while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities - Manage inbound reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Convert leads into bookings through effective upselling and product knowledge
- Accurately process bookings and maintain system integrity across all cluster hotels
- Liaise with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Contribute to achieving revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals
About You - Strong communication and customer service skills
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hotel reservations systems (RESAweb, Opera, or similar preferred)
- A positive, proactive team player with a passion for delivering service excellence
