Panthers Penrith is looking for a friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic Reception Attendant to be the welcoming face of our club.

 

 

About Us

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club sits proudly in the middle of what has become the impressive and expansive Panthers Precinct. Our club boasts 11 restaurants, 6 bars and 12 meeting, event and function rooms and adrenalin activities. Panthers is a not-for-profit organisation, heavily focused on our members, their guests and our community. While Panthers has grown exponentially over the years, our priority has always remained to provide an exceptional customer experience and to become a leading contributor of spirit, support and opportunity within the Penrith community. A Day in the Life of a Panthers Reception Attendant

As a Reception Attendant, first impressions are everything - you’ll be the warm, friendly face that welcomes members and guests as their first point of contact. Acting as a proud brand ambassador for Panthers, you’ll stay up to date with the latest promotions and offerings, confidently sharing what’s happening around the club to enhance each guest’s experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests
  • Greet, welcome, and sign in patrons as they enter the club
  • Respond to enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Keep members and guests informed about entertainment, functions, promotions, and dining options
  • Handle cash transactions and operate registers accurately
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Entry-level computer literacy
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Well-presented with a high standard of personal grooming
  • Friendly, engaging personality with a welcoming approach
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently and use initiative
  • Proven experience in accurate cash handling
  • Current RSA and RCG qualifications
  • Availability to work various shifts during operational hours, including but not limited to Thursday through Sunday, both day and night.
