Port Macquarie Panthers has an exciting opportunity for energetic and versatile customer service professionals to join our friendly Panthers Functions team on a part time or casual basis.

Panthers Port Macquarie are looking for enthusiastic team players with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests. Thriving in a fast paced team environment, the role is a floor based position which you will be required to actively participate in all related event services including pre and post event functions.

Your main duties and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
• Food and beverage service - carrying of multiple plates;
• Room set up for events including table movement, crockery and cutlery set up;
• Providing exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests;
• Cash handling; and
• General cleaning duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Excellent customer service skills;
• A good level of physical fitness as this role can be physically demanding;
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve;
• High standard of personal grooming;
• Fantastic communication skills;
• RSA and RCG Certificates and;
• Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.  

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
