Penrith Panthers has an opportunity for an energetic and versatile customer service professional to join their friendly Panthers team.
We are looking for an energetic team leader with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests at our Kelly’s Cafe while managing the day-to-day operations on a full-time basis. Thriving in a fast-paced team environment. You will lead, motivate and develop the team and inspire them to deliver an exceptional customer experience while also ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times;
Taking customer orders and cash handling;
Food and beverage service including, barista, desserts and basic food preparation including making sandwiches and plating food;
General cleaning duties including maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
Daily shift and staff management;
Ordering and effective replenishment of products;
Assisting and resolving employee and customer enquiries;
Completing Daily Shift Reports;
Daily cash reconciliation and processing;
Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by ensuring all WHS requirements are being met at all times;
Ensuring the success and cohesion of the team;
Adhering to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements;
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality café industry;
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
RSA and RCG Certificates or willing to obtain;
High standard of personal grooming and;
Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.

You will be required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available from 6:30am to 9:30pm to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
