The Role of Food & Beverage Supervisor

• Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supervising the Food & Beverage Team at Pullman Sydney Penrith. This includes a restaurant, two bars, café, room service and minibar.
• You will also assist when required in supervising event staff in the WSCC.
• You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
• Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture.

Setting you up for Success

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role is essential.
• Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
• Beverage Menu Engineering and Team Development are strong focuses of this role
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
