About the opportunity 

Alexanders at Panthers Penrith is seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver memorable dining experiences within a vibrant and welcoming environment.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:

• Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to every guest
• Provide prompt, accurate and attentive food and beverage service
• Develop a strong knowledge of menus, beverages, daily specials and dietary requirements
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
• Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless dining experience
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and high-performing team environment

About you

You're a friendly and confident hospitality professional who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. You also bring:

• Previous food/beverage service and experience within a restaurant environment is  highly regarded
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• The ability to remain organised and attentive in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
• A current RSA and RCG Certificate
• Availability to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
