About the Opportunity

As an Aqua Golf Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the Aqua Golf experience; welcoming guests, delivering standout service and helping keep our busy outdoor attraction running smoothly.

From serving customers and managing ball sales to getting out on the water to collect golf balls, this is a hands on role where no two shifts are quite the same. You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm while helping create a fun, safe and welcoming experience for every guest.

As an Aqua Golf Attendant, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Process ball sales and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collect golf balls from the water, including operating the ball collection boat
• Take an active, hands-on approach to the role, including being on your feet and moving bins and equipment throughout your shift
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide friendly, helpful assistance
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented Aqua Golf environment
• Work proactively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Help create the energetic and enjoyable atmosphere Aqua Golf is known for

About you

• You’re energetic, reliable and ready to get involved. You enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering great service and are just as comfortable working independently as you are as part of a team. 
• You bring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• You hold a current Working with Children Check (for paid employment) or are willing to obtain if successful
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive and reliable approach to work
• Confidence handling cash and processing transactions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A professional and well-presented approach
• Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
