About the opportunity 

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the Panthers experience; connecting with members and guests, delivering standout service, responding promptly to pages, and providing food and beverage service across our fast-paced Gaming environment. You’ll bring energy to every interaction and help create the welcoming, memorable experiences Panthers is known for.

As a Gaming Attendant, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Provide food and beverage service within designated timeframes
• Handle cash transactions, including TAB and KENO
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area
• Ensure all financial transactions with patrons are conducted accurately and efficiently
• Address minor service and maintenance needs of gaming machines
• Promote and upsell the advantages Panthers Memberships

About you

• Current RSA and RCG certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence in accurate cash handling
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and at times, within a smoking environment
• Outstanding presentation and grooming
• Experience in customer service in similar role is highly regarded
• Availability to work various shifts during operational hours, including but not limited to Thursday through Sunday, both day and night
