Participating in the premier Rugby League competition worldwide, Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club is on the search for a highly motivated individual to take up the role of Marketing and CRM Executive.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Digital and Data, this role will drive commercial growth and fan engagement through the Panthers Digital Network, which reaches more than 1.4 million social followers and an extensive opted-in email database. You will be the club’s CRM lead and responsible for building meaningful connections between the club and it’s avid and casual fan base across Australia.
As Marketing & CRM Executive, you will:
Develop and optimise customer journeys through HubSpot (acquisition, welcome, retention, revenue generation, reactivation).
Execute campaigns for SMS, EDM and retargeting within HubSpot and the club’s social channels.
Manage the digital campaign schedule for commercial partners within the partnerships program.
Monitor fan engagement and commercially focused journeys within HubSpot and the Digital Network.
Provide campaign analysis and reporting of direct marketing activity.
Be the designated marketing contact for commercial departments as determined within the marketing team.
Manage multiple concurrent projects whilst adhering to specific deadlines and;
Assist with other tasks as and when required of the position.
About You
2-3 Years experience in executing marketing campaigns via a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce etc).
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
Strong understanding of customer data and database marketing.
The ability to manage campaign calendars and ensuring timely delivery
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and;
An understanding and interest in sport (advantageous).
Flexibility with working hours, including weekend work during the NRL season. The successful candidate will be required to work at Panthers home games throughout the season.
