Panthers Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Coordinator to join the Western Sydney Convention Centre and Event Centre Panthers!

Be part of one of Western Sydney’s most dynamic destinations. The Panthers Precinct is home to a diverse portfolio of venues and hotels, delivering everything from large-scale conferences and corporate events to social celebrations and premium dining experiences.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Event Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of events across all the Western Sydney Convention Centre and Event Centre Panthers. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or events experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and takes pride in attention to detail.

About the Role

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of events ensuring every detail is accurately managed and communicated, contributing to seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination of conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events
• Prepare and distribute event orders, function sheets, and run sheets
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and support
• Liaise with food & beverage, kitchen, AV, and operations teams
• Conduct site inspections and assist with client meetings
• Support on-the-day event coordination as required
• Maintain accurate event information within event management systems

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
• Experience in hotels or conference venues (highly regarded)
